01 Are there Financing options available?

Yes! We have partnered with Affirm and Cherry to make our services more attainable for everyone. Both Affirm and Cherry boast high approval rates and offer flexible, transparent, and convenient ways to pay over time. These financing options do not perform a hard credit check.

02 Do I need a consultation before my appointment?

If you are unsure about which treatment you’re interested in OR are receiving any type of injectable procedure, you will most likely require a consultation. This is simply to ensure we are providing the perfect treatment tailored just for you!

03 Who performs the treatments?

All injectable and Health/Wellness procedures are performed by our PA-C. Facials and Laser/Light therapies are performed by our extensively trained licensed estheticians and laser technicians.

04 Are your treatments suited for all skin types?

Most treatments at Lumos are suited for all skin types. For your safety and skin health, some procedures (such as deep chemical peels and some laser treatments) may require a consultation with one of our professionals to determine if you are a suitable candidate.

05 What should I avoid before and after receiving a treatment?

Every client will receive an email with pre- and post-care instructions. Typically, any laser/light therapy requires avoiding sun exposure for at least 2-4 weeks before the procedure and at least 1 week after. Some treatments may also require stopping the use of retinol, brightening products, and blood thinners a week before treatment. 06 How many treatments will I need?

Depending on the procedure, results may be seen after one treatment! For some procedures (such as laser hair removal, ForeverClear, and SkinTyte II), 4-6 treatments are needed to see full results.

07 Can I purchase gift cards for your services?

Absolutely! At Lumos, we are passionate about spreading generosity and kindness. Gift cards/vouchers are a wonderful way to not only illuminate others but also illuminate the world by sharing and contributing to our mission.

08 How can I manage my expectations?

Our team is passionate about providing the best experience possible for our clients. During the initial discussion, a team member will educate the client about maintaining realistic expectations for their procedure(s). Depending on the desired result, more than one treatment (or a combination or different treatments) may be required. Our team will create a customized treatment plan for the client to achieve their desired results. Packages, monthly specials, and exclusive memberships are available to assist our clients in their skin health journey to let their inner light shine!

09 What is your cancellation policy?

To respect the time of our providers and other clients, Lumos has a 48-hour cancellation policy. Any appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a $50 cancellation fee.

04 Are memberships transferable to others?

Memberships are intended for individual use to ensure personalized care and consistent results tailored specifically to you.

05 What happens if I miss a month or visit?

Your benefits remain available, allowing flexibility to schedule treatments when it works best for you. We’re here to help you stay on track at your own pace.

06 Can memberships be paused or canceled?

We understand that needs can change. Options for pausing or canceling may be available-our team will work with you to find the best solution.

07 Are discounts applied automatically?
