Dr. Feanny brings a distinctive blend of clinical excellence, corporate leadership, research-driven innovation, and healthcare development experience to the aesthetics and wellness industry. Early in his life as an artist, his appreciation for natural beauty was matched only by his deep fascination with the complexity of the human body, a curiosity that ultimately led him to pursue medicine and surgery. He his medical degree from the University of Texas and continued his surgical training at the DeBakey Department of Surgery at Baylor College of Medicine. Choosing to combine medicine and business, Dr. Feanny expanded into healthcare development, continued to serve as Chief Medical Officer for multiple organizations, and maintained an active clinical practice. In 2008, he was introduced to the new concept of freestanding emergency department (FSED). Drawing on his understanding of healthcare delivery, operations, and strategy, he helped reset the standards in the FSED market and founded America’s ER, one of the state’s most successful and enduring FSED organizations. A serial entrepreneur, Dr. Feanny has founded ventures across multiple industries, including a software firm with deployed commercial and medical applications, internationally charitable energy initiatives and healthcare developments serving hundreds of thousands, to his most recent endeavor, Lumos Aesthetics & Wellness, representing the culmination of his clinical, creative, and operational experience. As Medical Director, Dr. Feanny has curated an elevated aesthetics and wellness experience grounded in rigorous research, extensive hands-on clinical practice, advanced technology, and uncompromising customer service. Every procedure, therapy, and product is intentionally selected to ensure Lumos’ clients receive exceptional care within a new aesthetics and wellness standard. Dr. Feanny, his wife Carol, and their family share a purpose that reaches beyond business: changing the world one life at a time. United by a vision to improve healthcare access for the most vulnerable, they approach every venture they build, operate, or transition with the same guiding commitment to meaningful, redemptive impact. Lumos is no exception. From supporting the development of clinics and hospitals in Africa and providing clean, life-giving water to communities in need, to designing and funding advanced solar initiatives that bring reliable power to places long left in the dark, the Feanny family is intentional about turning opportunity into tangible good. Their hope is simple: inspire generosity in everyone they meet, including the clients and patients who walk through Lumos’ doors. Dr. Feanny believes at Lumos, beauty is not an end in itself. Madison leads Lumos Aesthetics & Wellness with a clear conviction: beauty should illuminate who you already are. She is passionate about helping clients feel confident in their natural, God-given features and about elevating the aesthetics industry toward wellness, integrity, and long-term health. Her vision for Lumos extends beyond exceptional treatments — it’s about building a practice where excellence in care, operational strength, and meaningful impact coexist. Through her support of World Vision, Madison also champions the belief that business can be a force for dignity and transformation far beyond its walls. Her leadership is shaped by a deliberate journey through every layer of the industry. Madison began in salons and medical spas, becoming a laser technician and gaining firsthand clinical experience with patients. Recognizing that lasting change in aesthetics requires more than skill in the treatment room, she stepped back to study the full business ecosystem — earning a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and spending eight years managing financial operations for 37 entities while shadowing executive leadership. Madison brings this multisystemic, integrated approach to each dimension of Lumos, ensuring that exceptional client care is supported by strong systems, sound strategy, and uncompromising standards.

With over a decade of experience in healthcare, Sheena is passionate about helping people look and feel their best—from the inside out. She believes true aesthetics begins with understanding the root causes of skin and health concerns, not just treating surface symptoms.Her approach to aesthetic medicine is both art and science—using multimodal techniques to restore balance, enhance natural features, and promote long-term skin health. Sheena takes pride in helping clients gain confidence in their own skin and rediscover their inner radiance.

With nearly two decades of experience in the medical field, Shawn Terry, PA-C, brings a wealth of knowledge and dedication to patient care. He earned his Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Midwestern University’s Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine, following a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Houston. Shawn’s clinical background includes a strong specialization in head, neck, and throat cancer surgery. At Lumos, Shawn extends his commitment to health by helping clients achieve balance and vitality through personalized care in hormones, weight management, peptide therapy, and overall wellness. His blend of surgical experience and holistic wellness care allows him to provide comprehensive support tailored to each individual’s needs.

With over six years of experience as a licensed esthetician, Kathryn specializes in providing exceptional custom skincare treatments tailored to individual needs. As a dedicated professional, Kathryn is passionate about helping clients achieve their beauty goals through personalized care and the latest techniques in skin health. In addition to Kathryn’s esthetician expertise, she is also a certified Laser Safety Officer, ensuring the highest standards of safety and efficacy in all laser treatments. Her commitment to ongoing education and staying current with industry trends allows her to deliver innovative solutions and optimal results for every client.

Clarissa is a highly experienced Professional Laser Technician and Licensed Esthetician dedicated to her practice in skincare and aesthetic industry. With over a decade of experience, Clarissa is known for her precision, expertise, and client-focused approach, Clarissa specializes in advanced laser treatments and customized skincare solutions. Her passion for helping clients achieve healthy, radiant skin is matched by her commitment to ongoing education and staying at the forefront of industry innovations.
